Acceptance
Product purchases made via our website, email, telephone, in person or post are deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions (as made clearly available on our website at lamaisondeflorence.blogspot.com) by all parties.
Payment
To be made in full upon orders by credit/debit card through secure payment provider PayPal.
Confirmations
La Maison de Florence will confirm availability of a product shortly after receipt of order and payment. All purchases will be considered provisional until funds have cleared.

Cancellations
Orders valued 150 pounds or less : La Maison de Florence must receive at least three days notice prior to the delivery date from customers wishing to cancel.
Large orders valued over 150 pounds or event orders: La Maison de Florence must receive 10 days notice prior to the delivery date from students wishing to cancel.
No refunds on cancellations within these stated periods will be issued.
Change of dates
Orders valued 150 pounds or less : Customers wishing to change the delivery date must give at least three days notice prior to the original delivery date in which case an alternative date will be arranged.
Large orders valued over 150 pounds or event orders: Customers wishing to change the delivery date must give at least 10 days notice prior to the original delivery date in which case an alternative date will be arranged.
Customisation
All products are made in accordance with the description on the product page unless otherwise agreed between the customer and Prescott & Mackay.
Force majeure
If a product can't be delivered by La Maison de Florence for whatever reason, customers will be offered an alternative date of delivery or a full refund of all monies paid. No additional compensation will be paid and customers are strongly advised to seek their own insurance.
Availability
Seasonal ingredients are subject to availability and we will contact you at the first moment if what you ordered is not available. In cases where La Maison de Florence is unable to provide flavours customers want, an alternative flavour/ingredient will be offered.
Special/promotional offers
Customers wishing to partake of any promotional offer made by La Maison de Florence must do so by the date specified in the promotional material relating to that particular offer. All promotional offers made by La Maison de Florence are only applicable to the dates specified and to the named recipient of that material unless otherwise stated. Any particular offer made by La Maison de Florence is individual and separate and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Liability
La Maison de Florence cannot accept liability for any damages, expenses, injury, death or other loss suffered by any person(s) from any cause other than in the case of negligence on the part of La Maison de Florence and/or its agent(s). Customers are advised to check their personal insurance and the ingredients of the products carefully on the product page.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers must be redeemed within three months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. If a product fee exceeds the amount listed on the gift certificate the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at the time of purchase. Any remaining balance after redemption of the gift voucher may be used against other products so long as these fall within three months. No monetary change or refund may be given. Both the purchaser and holders of gift vouchers are subject to the above terms & conditions. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make these terms & conditions available to the holder. The holder of a gift voucher must give LMdF 3 days notice if they wish to change the course date for products valued £150 or less and 10 days for products valued more than £150. A change of delivery date may be made only once and the new date must fall within one month of the original purchase date.
Vouchers may be used to cover either part of the cost or the entire cost of any available products.
